Scope: Site survey, excavate 1460 m3 for foundation, and supply and install 484 m3 fill. Supply and install service sleeves for power and communication conduits under footings. Build perimeter drainage. Supply, form and install concrete foundation, including reinforcement, anchor bolts, footings, slab on grade, finishing, walls, columns insulation, damp proofing and drainage mat and vapour barrier. Miscellaneous backfilling.
