Site preparation included the stripping and removal of existing organics and pavement, and cut-to-fill for the roadway. Civil work included the supply, install and test complete underground water–storm–sewer systems (12 connections), and excavate and backfill trenches for underground electrical. Aggregate was imported for backfilling driveways, roadways, curbs and sidewalks, which were then compacted and prepared for paving.
